Andy Atkins-Krüger - WebCertain 

Having started his career briefly as a journalist, Andy quickly moved into marketing communications, where he has spent the last 20 years. He worked first in advertising, then founded a public relations consultancy, The Partners Group, before moving into corporate marketing. He's worked on pan-European advertising and public relations campaigns for many years and first "discovered" search marketing in 1997, when he was charged with developing the European market presence of one of the U.K.'s best known B2B brands, Portakabin. After five years as the client, he bought into the supporting agency - WebCertain Europe Ltd - where he became managing director. Under Andy's leadership, WebCertain has continued to focus on multilingual websites, handling Europe's major languages under one-roof, with partners around the world providing the more specialist language needs.While he doesn't claim fluency in every language, Andy has some knowledge of French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, and of course English.

John Brenne - WebCertain AS

John Brenne has worked with WebCertain since mid 2006 and his current role sees him working to expand the WebCertain network. Currently he is setting up a Norwegian branch of WebCertain in his native Oslo. He holds a masters degree in E-Commerce from the Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. For the last five years he has worked for web development and search marketing businesses based in Norway and in the UK. John can speak 5 languages and is on the top five list of WebCertain employess speaking the most languages.

Jørgen Brunborg-Næss - Synlighet.no

Jørgen is co-founder and Oslo Manager for Synlighet.no, a leading Internet Marketing agency in Norway. He has worked with clients such as Norwegian (airline), VG.no (newspaper) and Gooba (auction). He also has experience as Business Developer for the Norwegian search engine start-up Sesam.no.

Jørgen grew up in front of a computer screen and holds a degree in business administration. This gives him the highly useful combination of technological understanding and commercial insight. He created his first personal website in 1995, and has since then been continuously involved with the Internet, through design, development and marketing, both professionally and as a hobby.

Sergey Dmitriev - Zett.no

Sergey works as a CTO/Head of development at Zett.no. Having search as his old passion and being a SEO/SEM maven he handles all inhouse SEO work at Zett. Previously, Sergey was tech responsible for Norwegian largest search engine kvasir.no, being a project manager for kvasir's many technical projects. He also brought into life and organized the idea of Norwegian Search Cup in 2007 and 2008.

Every year Sergey could be found in Vegas at Worlds largest Internet Marketing and Search conference, also known as pubcon (and of course seen at the poker tables as well ).

He also serves as a Distinguished Webawards Judge every year since 2006, awarding the internet Oscar to the best websites on Earth in 96 industry categories with nominees from 47 countries.

Sergey is agile and scrum evangelist. Holding Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications he tries to spread the word about agile development since 2005.

Efva Gabrielsson - Lawson 

Knowledgeable and passionate about Internet Marketing since -98 managing Web content and online marketing for Lawson Software.Today, daily tasks includes content management, usability, strategy and search optimization. Efva has extensive experience in the field as a former Copywriter and Web Project Manager, implementing SEM/SEO strategies and programs inhouse, experience in overseeing agencies.

Lawson provides software and service solutions to 4,000 customers in the manufacturing, distribution, maintenance and service sector industries across 40 countries.

Kristjan Mar Hauksson - Nordic Emarketng

Kristjan Mar is the Director of Internet marketing for Nordic eMarketing and the CEO of Index ltd., an Iceland-based Internet marketing consultancy company. Kristjan has been involved in developing Internet solutions since 1996, and involved in search engine optimization and marketing since early 1999. He has worked with the Iceland Trade Council, eMarketservices.com, National Bank of Iceland (Landsbanki), Nexus Media, North Atlantic Solutions, RadisonSAS Iceland, Icelandair and the Icelandic Travel Industry Association among hundreds of others. Kristjan Specializes in tourism, the fisheries industry and other export industry segments in Iceland, assisting companies to gain international visibility through search engines.
Kristjan is the founder of the Iceland SEO/SEM forum and a popular lecturer around Iceland on SEO and SEM for schools, organisations, marketing departments and in the media.

Gard Jenssen - Seobra 

Gard is a senior product executive with 14 years web-development and
management experience. He was VP Product Development  at Yahoo! Europe, VP
Product at Kelkoo, National Expert at European Commission in charge of the
EC's first web site, Chief Development Editor at Origo.no (Telenor Media)
and created the first version of the Norwegian Government's web site in
1994.

Today Gard Jenssen is founder of Ignitas.com and Seobra.no where he works
mainly on product strategy, including usability, conversion issues, concept
development and search engine traffic strategy. Seobra is specifically
working on ways of working on the concept Conversion 2.0 where the idea is
to work on conversion chain throughout a user's web session.

Peter Kersbergen -  WebCertain

Peter hails from the Netherlands and has been resident in the UK for the past 3 years, after studying Management, Economics and Law in Leeuwarden, and working in the retail sector.

Whilst working in Holland, Peter spent a lot of his spare time investigating all things computer based, and found a particular interest in how Search Engines worked, posting regularly on online Blogs and Forums, having had a keen interest in programming since his childhood.

Over the years, Peter has developed many websites as a hobby, and after leaving university, with 2 friends, created and ran an online game, which attracted players from across Europe and soon became revenue generating as well as a pastime.  Through the promotion of the game, Peter was able to develop his technical knowledge of SEO and Peter looked to turn his hobby into a career. He was able to realise this by joining the WebCertain team shortly after his arrival in England.

Peter has held a number of operational positions within WebCertain and has always been instrumental in the development of new SEO related products and services. Now working as SEO Strategy Executive, Peter is able to couple his extensive SEO experience and knowledge with sharp commercial thinking, to support the Account Management team, identifying SEO solutions which are focussed on achieving the clients' goals.

Peter has played a major role in the development of successful relationships and online performance of many international clients such as Xerox, Success Factors, Portakabin, Expedia-Hotels.com and Pinnacle Systems, amongst others.

Pontus Kristiansson - Avail Intelligence

Pontus Kristiansson is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional. Prior to founding Avail Intelligence in 2001, Mr Kristiansson founded and ran a successful startup in the eCommerce platform space and prior to that he worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Co and in consumer marketing at Procter & Gamble. Apart from his position as vice chairman and business development director at Avail Intelligence, Mr Kristiansson also serves on the board of a handful of other technology startups.

Beate Lofseik -  Making Waves 

Beate is a former Webmaster and Public Affairs officer at IM Skaugen, Oslo Stock Exchange and Terra-Gruppen. She gives workshops in communication on the web and has been a content advisor for a number of large and small domestic and international websites. Beate leads the professional team for web communication in The Norwegian Computer Society and sits on the jury for "Årets nettsted" *.

Jens Peter Nielsen - Dynamicweb Internet Marketing

Jens Peter lives in Denmark (Horsens) and has worked full time with SEO and CMS for the last 10 years. Having begun his career in the 1988, after finishing a bachelor in Export Marketing, Jens Peter began traveling through Europe to market and sell a multitude of industrial products. One day in 1996, Jens Peter decided to quit the hectic travel-schedule as an Export Manager to spend more time with his growing family and to learn more about this new thing called "The Internet". Shortly after he was teaching Computers and Internet-usage at a local Business College. Students quickly discovered Jens Peter's interest for, and knowledge of, search engines and SEO and they began attending his specialized day- and evening-courses in large numbers.

This quickly lead to employment at Scandinavia's largest SEO company, Notabene.net (now: Guava) where he was promoted to Head of Sales within a year. Having started two more SEO companies since 2002, and sold them again, Jens Peter, in 2006, became deeply involved with Dynamicweb Software. As "SEO-evangelist" at the company (www.dynamicweb-cms.com), Jens Peter has been a driving force in transforming northern Europe's largest Content Management System into one of, if not the, most search engine friendly content management systems available. Jens Peter's and his SEO-department, aides and assist the +4.000 Dynamicweb Software clients with all types of SEO related issues as well as a large group of other companies outside the Dynamicweb client-group. Further to this Jens Peter oversees development of future SEO tools which will be marketed to the seo-software community during 2009 and beyond.

Paul Reeve -  WebCertain

Paul has overall responsibility for the Client Services Team, having joined WebCertain in January 2008.

Paul brings with him over 20 years experience in the travel sector, predominantly within the Co-op Travel Group of Companies, the largest independent provider of travel solutions in the UK.

Prior to finding his true talent and falling in love with the marketing discipline, Paul undertook a number of sales roles, before quickly moving through a number of managerial marketing roles to discover the online sector, where he lead the successful delivery and development of over 15 different travel websites to market, using a mix of online and offline activities to meet ROI and usability targets.

Paul continues to recognise the challenges faced by businesses ‘in the real world' and demands that the Client Services Team understand these, thus ensuring through effective dialogue with clients, that all solutions are relevant, continually improved and make a positive difference.

Paul retains an active involvement in a number of WebCertain's international clients across both B2B and B2C sectors, including InterContinental Hotel Group, Expedia-Hotels.com and The Portakabin Group.

Paul is a member of the CIM and holds the Institutes highest academic award ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing'.
